Refund Policy

• You have not yet started the 11 question assessment, and you request the refund within 7 days of purchase.
• You were charged more than once for the same order, or charged by mistake.
• A technical fault on our side prevents your report from being generated and we are unable to resolve it within a reasonable time.

Each report is created specifically for you from your birth details and assessment answers. For this reason, refunds are not available in the following cases:

• Once you have submitted your assessment answers and your personalised report has been generated.
• After 7 days from the date of purchase, if the assessment has not been started.
• Because you disagree with, or are dissatisfied with, the content or conclusions of your report.
• Because incorrect birth details or answers were entered when registering or completing the assessment.

   Share your order number (or payment reference) and the email address used at checkout.

   We confirm eligibility and reply within 3 business days.

   You’re refunded

   Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it typically takes 5 to 10 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.

When an order is refunded, any commission earned on that order is reversed. If the buyer’s own USER SELLER eligibility depended on that order, their seller account may also be suspended.

We may update this policy from time to time. The policy in effect on the date of your purchase applies to your order.
