By accessing qss100.in, creating an account or purchasing any product from Quantum Sure Success (“we”, “us”, “our”), you agree to these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, Disclaimer and Refund Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

• You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian, to create an account or make a purchase.
• You agree to provide accurate information at registration, including your birth details, as these are used to personalise your report.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity that takes place under your account.
• We may suspend or close accounts that provide false information, misuse the service or breach these terms.

The QSS Scan Report is a personalised digital product generated from the details you provide at registration and your answers to the 11 question assessment. Depending on the product purchased, it may be accompanied by a Training Program and a downloadable Training Manual.

• Reports are delivered digitally to your account dashboard and may also be sent to your registered email address.
• Delivery times are estimates. Technical issues may occasionally delay generation; we will make reasonable efforts to resolve them promptly.
• Product descriptions, prices and inclusions may change over time. The price shown at the time of purchase applies to your order.

• All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Payments may be made by UPI, bank transfer or a secure payment gateway operated by a trusted partner. An order is confirmed once payment has been received and verified.
• Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy.

Your purchase grants you a personal and limited licence to access and use your report and accompanying materials for your own personal development. The licence is not exclusive, and you may not transfer it to anyone else.

Everything on this website is the intellectual property of Quantum Sure Success. This includes the Quantum Codes, assessments, scoring frameworks, reports, training materials, text, graphics and logos. You may not copy, reproduce, resell, publish or distribute it, in whole or in part, without our prior written permission.

Customers who meet the programme’s eligibility requirements may join the USER SELLER programme and earn commission on eligible sales made through their referral link.

• Commission rates, activation periods, holding periods and payout schedules are set out on the programme page and in your seller dashboard, and may be updated by us from time to time.
• Commissions become payable only after the holding period and after your KYC details (legal name, PAN and bank or UPI details) have been verified.
• Tax Deducted at Source (TDS) is withheld from payouts where required by law.
• Commissions on orders that are refunded or reversed are cancelled. Referring yourself, fake accounts, spam and misleading claims about our products are prohibited and may lead to suspension and forfeiture of unpaid commissions.
• Sellers are independent participants, not employees, agents or representatives of Quantum Sure Success.

• Do not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website, other accounts or our systems.
• Do not interfere with the operation of the service, or use automated tools to scrape or copy its content.
• Do not use the service for any unlawful, fraudulent or harmful purpose.

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of the service or reliance on any report. Our total liability for any claim relating to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that purchase.

We may update these terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page shows when they were last revised, and continued use of the service after an update means you accept the revised terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
